You need to inform us at least 1 month in advance (by email or fax) when you intend to move-out.

The storage contract will automatically be extended on a monthly basis unless we receive notice from you of your intention to move-out.

The minimum storage period is one month.

Yes. We have our own insurance packages that we can offer you, tailored to meet your requirments.

Yes, we have 24hrs security guards, cctv surveillance cameras and access card system to ensure that.

You can access your storage unit anytime, 24 hours 7 days a week.

The collected reservation fee will be applied to offset any amounts due upon signing the self-storage agreement.

You can reserve a unit up to two weeks before your intended move-in date. 

In the event that a self-storage agreement is not executed, the reservation fee will not be reimbursed. Please note that we will not accommodate requests for reservation fee refunds.

This is because when you make a reservation, a unit meeting those specifications becomes unavailable to others.
